I think having grey in the beard makes someone looker older , much better without the beard , also his hair looks too dark , a little dark brown blended into it would toned it down a little , as dyed hair often looks very mono in colour which is not the natural colour . As people get older and they dye their hair black , it will highlight their wrinkles more .

I was doing bent over rows and feels like i have a broken lower rib. So painfull. I stopped working out for a week now. It feels like maybe I pulled an ab muscles or oblique muscle I have no idea how it happened. If it heals I will do abs everyday from this moment on. Having good core is very important. With the side of stomach muscle messed up it was giving me pain even when I tried working out my arms. My entire body I can't do now because of bad ab muscles. I skipped abs every time. I was warned by multiple people not to do leg extensions on the machine it will give you bad knees it puts all the stress on your knees but it does feel good but i still wont do that. I'll do the hamstring curls tho thats okay.

My top 3: - Dark Brown Double Monk Strap - White Minimal Sneakers - Tan Birkenstocks I live in Arizona. I used to wear loafers as my versatile dress/casual shoes but Monk Straps seem more mature and a better fit for my industry (banking). I have a black, dark brown, burgundy and cognac pair of double monk. White Minimal Sneakers are a no brainer. Due to the hot Arizona summer months and my love of good weather Birkenstocks are a must for me. I wear linen in the summer and spring months. Imo, Loafers would be a good alternative to Birkenstocks. However Loafers look best with SLIM CROPPED dress pants/jeans (w/o a suit jacket) or shorts. Loafers with a jacket looks too flashy for corporate America imo. But I love loafers so they are also a staple in my wardrobe for out of office attire (cognac and tan).
